Where can I get an invoice?
I did not receive an invoice.
You can easily download your invoice from your user account.
Follow these steps:
If you need an invoice, log in to the MOQO app. Then go to the menu in the top left corner and select "My Profile".
Step 1: Tap on “My Sharing Offers”.
Step 2: Select the desired offer, e.g. “MOQO Carsharing”.
Step 3: Then tap on “Download invoices”.
There you can view and download your invoices.
Alternative: Download invoice from a finished booking
You can also download the invoice directly from your finished booking.
Follow these steps:
If you need an invoice for a specific booking, log in to the MOQO app. Then go to the menu and select "My bookings". Same is possible via MOQO portal - book a vehicle.
Step 1: Tap on "My bookings".
Step 2: Select the finished booking for which you need an invoice.
Step 3: Scroll down to the pricing section and tap on "Download Invoice".
The invoice will be downloaded to your device.
