You would like to add a second driver to your user account or booking so that this person can also drive the vehicle?

At the moment, it is not possible to add a second user directly to an existing driver account. However, if another person is supposed to drive the vehicle, there is a simple step-by-step process you can follow.

1. Create a new user account in the MOQO app and complete the driver’s license validation.

2. Cancel the existing booking:
Before another person can take over the vehicle, the current booking must be cancelled. This ensures a smooth rebooking process and guarantees clear assignment of drivers, driver’s licenses, and trips. Please note the cancellation conditions of the carsharing providers.

3. New booking via the second user account:
After cancelling the original booking, the vehicle can easily be booked again using the new, second user account.
