Which rates are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

Wolfsburg:

  • Hellwinkelterrassen

  • Hauptbahnhof

  • Heßlinger Straße

  • Hoffmann von Fallersleben Straße

Gifhorn:

  • Bahnhof

  • Gewerbegebiet Bahnhof

  • Innenstadt

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free Floating or Station-based)

Only station-based carsharing is possible, the vehicles must always be returned to the station.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the associated charging point, charging process started, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

The Datakey on the vehicle key must always be returned to the keyholder for all vehicles.
At Wolfsburg's main train station, parking is only allowed in the designated carsharing spaces.
At Heßlinger Straße, there is a fixed parking space marked with a sign.
In Hellwinkelterrassen and Hoffmann von Fallersleben Straße in Wolfsburg, please use the free public parking spaces.
At both stations in Gifhorn, only the free public parking spaces may be used.

  • Wolfsburg Main Station: 2 x small category & 2 x compact category

  • Heßlinger Straße: 1 x mini category

  • Hoffmann von Fallersleben Straße: 1 x mini category

  • Hellwinkelterrassen: 3 x mini category, 2 x transporters

  • Gifhorn Bahnhof Gewerbegebiet: mini category

  • Gifhorn Bahnhof Innenstadt: mid-size category

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

Yes, via the app.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Foreign trips without prior approval are not permitted.

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

A second driver is only allowed if the customer is in the car and the second driver holds a valid driver's license.


Information about the fueling process

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

Our fuel cards are valid at Aral & BP stations or at Routex stations.

How is each card used?

The PIN for the fuel card is located on the keychain.
Please leave the fuel receipts in the glove compartment.


Information on accident and damage reporting

What steps should be taken in the event of an accident or breakdown?

In case of an accident, always call the police. Take as many pictures of the accident as possible. Do not make any admissions of guilt. Always contact the vehicle owner to discuss the next steps.
