What tariffs are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

  • Wolfsburg, Osnabrück, Stuttgart, Munich

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free-floating or station-based)

  • Free-floating

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car must be connected to the corresponding charging point, charging started, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

  • Key in the glove compartment and booking must be ended in the app. Report any damages. If the battery is below 50%, the vehicle must be charged.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • Cupra Born and ID.Buzz in Wolfsburg, E Mini in Osnabrück, Cupra and Mini in Stuttgart, Renault in Munich.

Must the driver's license be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

  • MOQO representatives at the locations personally check the driver’s license and validate it in the system.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

  • Germany

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they fulfill?

  • No

Are there any further additions that haven't been addressed in the previous questions?

  • No


Information about accidents and breakdowns

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

  • Contact the MOQO representative and report the incident in the app.

Are there additional user guides in the vehicle (e.g., How-to guide)? If yes, where can the user find them?
