Information on Accidents and Damage Reporting
What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
According to the FAQs of gOHolstein: https://goholstein.de/#faq
“I was in a traffic accident. What should I do?”
We hope you’re okay. After securing the accident site, you should inform the police and us. Please inform the emergency services on-site that the vehicle is an electric vehicle. Every accident, even a minor one, must be recorded by the police. Do not make any written admissions of guilt, as this could result in a loss of insurance coverage. Be sure to get the name of the other party involved (and the vehicle owner, if different) and note down the license plate number and police case number. In the event of an accident, you are only liable up to the amount of the deductible.
Are there additional information or guides for the user in the vehicle (e.g., How to Guide)? If yes, where can the user find them?
According to the information provided under “How it works”: https://goholstein.de/#sogehts
According to the FAQs: https://goholstein.de/#faq
Currently, there are issues with returning the electric vehicles. MOQO and gOHolstein are aware of these issues. Return is ALWAYS possible by forcing it through. Possible causes: Charging level too low for return; doors are shown as open even though they are closed; key not in the glove compartment even though it has been placed back.
