What tariffs are offered? Is there an overview of the tariffs?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

At which locations are the shared vehicles available?

Wallertheim, Wörrstadt, Spiesheim (Rhineland-Palatinate), Flörsheim-Dalsheim.

Can the shared vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free Floating or Station-Based)

No, as each vehicle requires "its" charging station (station-based).

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the designated charging point, charging process initiated, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

  • Return at the designated charging point.

  • Charging process must be initiated.

  • Key and two charging cards must be placed in the holder in the glove compartment.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • Wallertheim: ZOE INTENSE

  • Wörrstadt: KIA e-SOUL EDITION 7

  • Spiesheim: e-Berlingo

  • Flörsheim-Dalsheim: KIA e-SOUL INSPIRATION

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

You can have your driving licence validated by presenting your identity card and driving licence

- free of charge during the consultation hours for e-car sharing (see https://www.solix-energie.de/termine/ )

- via online identification (subject to a charge).

In which countries are the shared vehicles insured?

Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

The second driver must be a registered user.

Additional notes: Age restrictions must be observed.

Information on the Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?

  • Open the charging flap (ZOE: from inside the vehicle, button on the left side of the dashboard; KIA and Berlingo: from outside).

  • Connect using the charging cable (ZOE has the cable in the trunk, while other vehicles have cables at the charging station).

How is the charging process started?

Place the charging card on the station. The charging process starts once the light turns blue.

How is the charging process ended?

  • For the ZOE: Press the charging flap button again.

  • For the other vehicles: Unlock the vehicle.

How is the charging cable disconnected?

  • For the ZOE: Simply unplug.

  • For the other vehicles: If needed, lock and unlock the vehicle again to release the cable. For the KIA, press the button next to the charging port to release the cable.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

  • Maingau card: At public charging stations (except at stations requiring direct payment, where only credit card payments are accepted).

  • White cards from Lade GmbH or green card from innogy (only in the ZOE): These activate the charging points at the designated parking spots only.

Which cards are present in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possible PIN)

  • General: Maingau and Lade GmbH.

  • In the ZOE: Maingau and innogy.

How is each card used?

Hold the card to the RFID card reader at the station.

Information on Accidents and Damage Reporting

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

  • Secure the accident site.

  • Call the police if necessary.

  • Use the emergency button or SOS button in the vehicle if needed.

  • Notify the insurance company.

  • Contact roadside assistance in case of a breakdown.

Are there any further information materials available for users in the vehicle (e.g., How-to Guide)? If yes, where can users find these?

Laminated copies are available in the storage compartment above the steering wheel, in the glove compartment, or in the side door.
