Information on the Charging Process
How is the charging cable connected?
1. Connect the wallbox charging cable (Helse) or own charging cable (Marne, Meldorf, Eddelak) to the car and the power source
How is the charging process started?
Check the started charging process in the car (charging time to 100% charge is displayed)
How is the charging process stopped?
1. Unlock the car
2. Disconnect the cable from the car and the power source - if there are problems with the key in the glove compartment, lock and unlock the car again
3. In Marne, set the charging station to 0 with the key (in the glove compartment)
How is the charging cable stored?
The charging cable (in Helse it stays at the wallbox) is stored in the trunk
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
300 km are free per booking. As a rule, the specified charging station should be used. In Marne and Helse, own climate-neutral electricity contracts have been concluded. The charging cards (considerably more expensive electricity) should only be used in emergencies at other charging stations.
