Information about the Charging Process
How is the charging cable connected?
Open the car -> The charging cable is located in the trunk. First, plug the cable into the charging station, and then take the other side of the cable and plug it into the vehicle.
How is the charging process started?
The charging process is started by first connecting the cable to the charging station and then to the vehicle. After that, take the charging card, which is located in the glove compartment, to the charging station and hold it in front of the station to start the charging process. It's important that the light turns green; if it turns orange or red, you need to remove the cable and reconnect it. The key is also required to unlock the cable.
How is the charging process stopped?
It is stopped by unlocking the car and removing the cable.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
At any charging station that supports EnbW.
Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)
Charging card: Take it from the glove compartment, hold it up to the charging station, and once the charging process has started, put it back in the compartment.
Fuel card: Refuel, the fuel card is located in the glove compartment, remember the mileage, and then go inside to pay. The PIN is on the card. Put the card back in the compartment.
