Information about accidents and damage reporting
What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
The customer must ensure that all accidents, thefts, fires, or other damages involving a vehicle they are operating are immediately reported to the police. Further accident handling must be coordinated with GREEN MOVES, and their instructions followed. It should be noted to emergency services that an electric vehicle was involved in the accident. This applies regardless of whether the accident was self-caused or caused by a third party, or if the damage is minor or not. The customer may only leave the accident site after the police report is completed and the next steps are coordinated/clarified. The customer is obliged to submit a detailed, written damage report within one week and to be available for follow-up questions to enable accident processing. The selection of the towing service and repair shop is made by GREEN MOVES.
Are there additional user guides in the vehicle (e.g., How-to guide)? If yes, where can the user find them?
Cargo bikes: Info sticker on the back of the transport box.
