How is the charging cable connected?
First connect the charging cable to the charging station, then to the vehicle.
How is the charging process started?
Charging station Hüttengelände: First connect the charging cable to the station, then to the vehicle. The charging card is located in the glove compartment. Hold the charging card to the station's RFID reader until the light on the station turns on.
Charging station at the train station: Hold the charging card to the RFID reader to unlock it. Connect the charging cable to the station and then to the vehicle. Wait until the light blinks blue and the station confirms the charging.
How is the charging process stopped?
Hold the charging card to the RFID reader, then first unplug the cable from the vehicle, then from the station. Afterward, store the charging cable in the trunk.
How is the charging cable locked?

Call the police and notify MOQO support via the hotline. If necessary, arrange for towing.
