Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?
Prerequisite:
Second driver must be over 21, have a valid driver's license and meet the terms and conditions.
The registered user must sit in the car with the second driver.

How is the charging process started?
Connect the car and charging station using the charging cable.
First plug the cable into the car.
Hold the charging card up to the charging station
Store the charging card in the glove compartment

How do you disconnect the charging cable?
Press the unlock button on the key twice
Pull the plug out of the vehicle (must be unlocked).
Then pull the plug out of the charging station
If the vehicle is locked, the plug cannot be pulled out
Put the charging cable back in the boot
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
The provider's charging card can be used at all public charging stations
that can be found on the charging map on the Ladenetz.de website.
Note: The additional Shell card can also be used at all other charging stations
(but always use the provider's card first)
