In all European countries
Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?
Second drivers must agree to the terms and conditions, be over 21, and have a valid driver's license. Registered users must be in the car.

Connect the car and charging station using the charging cable
Plug the cable into the car first.
Hold the charging card up to the charging station
Store the charging card in the glove compartment

How is the charging cable disconnected?
Press the unlock button on the key twice.
Pull the plug out of the vehicle (must be unlocked).
Then pull the plug out of the charging station.
If the vehicle is locked, the plug cannot be removed.
Put the charging cable back in the trunk.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
The provider's charging card can be used at all public charging stations listed on the charging map on the Ladenetz.de website.
Note: The additional card from Shell can also be used at all other charging stations (but always prefer the provider's card).

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of theft or damage (to your own or other property), inform the provider and the police. Document the incident using an accident report. Damage must be documented with photographs and forwarded.
Arrange towing with the provider (except in emergencies that need immediate action; in this case, inform the provider afterward). More info in the terms and conditions
