Yes (and only possible after connecting to the charging station)

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g. car at associated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

Driving licenses can be validated either using an app or at the following service center:

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

In all European countries

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?

Prerequisite:

Second driver meets the terms and conditions, is over 21, has a valid driver's license

Registered user must sit in the car

How is the charging cable connected?

How is the charging process started?

Connect the car and charging station using the charging cable

First insert the cable into the car.

Hold the charging card up to the charging station

Store the charging card in the glove compartment

How do I end the charging process?

How do I disconnect the charging cable?

Press the unlock button on the key twice

Pull the plug out of the vehicle (must be unlocked).

Then pull the plug out of the charging station

If the vehicle is locked, the plug cannot be removed.

Put the charging cable back in the boot.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

The provider's charging card can be used at all public charging stations

that can be found on the charging map on the Ladenetz.de website.

Note: The additional Shell card can also be used at all other charging stations

(but always use the provider's card first)

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

Type of card: 1x Innergie charging card, note: 1x Shell charging card

Card provider (e.g. Aral): ESB, note: Shell

PIN: Yes/No; No

How is the respective card used?

Charging card in the glove compartment

Hold the charging card in front of the charging station

“Charging process is starting” should appear on the display,

put the charging card back in the glove compartment

Information on accidents and damage reports

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

In the event of theft, damage (to yourself or others), inform the provider and the police.

Document the damage in an accident report.

Damage must be documented and submitted in the form of photographs.

Measures such as towing must be agreed with the provider (except for emergencies that require immediate action, in which case the provider must be informed afterwards).

There are vehicle-specific instructions in the glove compartment (charging process + car).

Is there a contact person who can be contacted directly by customer service? If so, what are the contact details and at what times can they be contacted?
