In all European countries.

Connect the car and charging station using the charging cable
First plug the cable into the car.
Hold the charging card up to the charging station

How do I disconnect the charging cable?
Press the unlock button on the key twice
Pull the plug out of the vehicle (must be unlocked).
Then pull the plug out of the charging station
If the vehicle is locked, the plug cannot be pulled out
Put the charging cable back in the boot
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
The charging card of the provider can be used at all public charging stations
that can be found on the charging map on the Ladenetz.de website.
Note: The Shell additional card can also be used at all other charging stations
(but always use the provider's card first)

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of theft, damage (including your own and that of third parties), inform the provider and the police.
Document the event using an accident report.
Damage must be documented and communicated by means of photographs.
Measures such as towing are to be agreed with the provider (except in emergencies that require immediate action, in which case the provider is to be informed afterwards).
