Driver's licenses can be validated either via the app or at the following service center:

In which countries are the shared vehicles insured?

In all European countries

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?

Prerequisite:

Second driver agrees to the terms and conditions, is over 21, has a valid driver's license Registered user must be in the car

How is the charging process started?

Connect the car and charging station using the charging cable

Plug the cable into the car first.

Hold the charging card up to the charging station

Store the charging card in the glove compartment

How is the charging cable disconnected?

Press the unlock button on the key twice.

Pull the plug out of the vehicle (must be unlocked).

Then pull the plug out of the charging station. If the vehicle is locked, the plug cannot be removed. Put the charging cable back in the trunk.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

The provider's charging card can be used at all public charging stations listed on the charging map on the Ladenetz.de website. Note: The additional card from Shell can also be used at all other charging stations (but always prefer the provider's card).

How is the respective card used?

Information on accidents and damage reports

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

In the event of theft or damage (to your own or another vehicle), inform the provider and the police. Document the incident using an accident report. Damage must be documented with photographs and submitted. Measures such as towing must be agreed with the provider (except in emergencies requiring immediate action, in which case the provider must be informed afterwards). There are vehicle-specific instructions (charging process + car) in the glove compartment.

Is there a contact person who can be contacted directly by customer service? If so, what are their contact details and when can they be contacted?

Are there any other special features?

The booking period cannot be extended beyond 10 days.
