Customers are told to call WNS (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Friday, 7:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. on 0631 3418314) and, after service hours, the 24-hour emergency number (06241/ 925215, tow truck company Auto Gräf e.K.). Please only call in the event of a breakdown and if a tow truck is required!

In the event of an accident, please also indicate that the police must be called.

Where in or on the vehicle can users find further information?

The glove compartment contains further information and instructions as well as procedures to follow in certain cases.

Are there any other special features?

  • Hyundai Ioniq: Open the fuel cap using the button to the left of the steering wheel

  • If the customer has a problem locking the car at the end of the booking, this may be because the chip on the vehicle key is not correctly placed in the glove compartment in the designated slot.

  • If the parking space is occupied when the booking ends, use a neighboring charging point or park the car in a valid parking space in the immediate vicinity of the return location, take a parking ticket, and place it in the car to avoid unnecessary reports. The parking ticket can be sent to us by the customer afterwards and we will charge the amount to the booking.
