What rates are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

The vehicles are located in the parking garage at Troisdorf Station and in the parking garage at the Stadthalle Troisdorf.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations or do they have to be returned to the pickup station? (Free Floating or Station-based)

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the associated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the

glove compartment)

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

Renault Kangoo, Renault Zoe, and an e.Go are available in the parking garage at Troisdorf Station.
Another e.Go is available in the parking garage at the Stadthalle Troisdorf.

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

Either online in the app by the customer or on-site in the customer foyer of the Stadtwerke.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Only in Germany

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?

Anyone who has booked the ride through Moqo is insured. Therefore, no second drivers.

Information About the Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?

For Kangoo and e.Go, the charging socket opens by pressing the button on the key (opening symbol). For Zoe, press the charging button to the left of the steering wheel.
How is the charging process started?

Once the cable is in the charging socket in the car, the charging card can be held to the charging station, and after the corresponding confirmation, the cable can be plugged into the charging station.

How is the charging process ended?

First, pull the charging cable out of the car and then wait at the charging station for the command "remove charging cable" and pull it out.

How is the charging cable disconnected?

By pulling firmly at the charging station. For Kangoo and e.Go, the charging socket opens by pressing the button on the key (opening symbol). For Zoe, press the charging button to the left of the steering wheel.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

Charging of TroMobil vehicles is possible throughout the entire TankE network

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

Charging card for the charging stations and the parking card for the respective parking garage. The parking & charging cards are located, except for the e.Go’s, in the holder in the glove compartment. For the e.Go’s, the cards are located in the holder under the passenger seat.

How is each card used?

Use the parking card to enter and exit the parking garage. If the other barrier does not work, please take a ticket and dispose of it. The charging card is only used to start the charging process at the charging station.

Information on Accident and Damage Reporting

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?

Call customer service and park the vehicle at the nearest convenient location.

Are there additional information for the user in the vehicle (e.g., How to Guide)? If yes, where can the user find this information?

There are guides in each vehicle to assist during the booking.

If exit with the parking card is not possible:
Please try the other barrier - If it also does not work, please press the call button at the barrier and request exit (suggested conversation: Season ticket holder, but exit not possible)
