At which locations are the sharing vehicles?

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station? (free-floating or station-based)

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

The use of the e-sharing vehicles (CarSharing, ScooterSharing and BikeSharing) is only allowed in Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must this person meet?

The vehicle may also be driven by another person with the consent of the user and in the presence of the user in the vehicle. The user must ensure that the authorized drivers (agents/authorized third parties) observe the provisions of these GTC and that they are fit to drive and in possession of a valid driver's license for the vehicle and are not banned from driving. The user is responsible for the actions of the authorized drivers as if they were their own. The user must be able to prove at any time who was driving the vehicle (e.g. in the event of violations of road traffic regulations

).

Information on the charging process

How is the charging cable connected?

1. Take the charging cable out of the vehicle's trunk and close the trunk.

2. Press the button in the vehicle at the front left next to the steering wheel.

3. Open the vehicle flap for the charging plug at the front of the vehicle and connect the charging cable to the vehicle.

4. Take the charging card from the charging card compartment in the glove compartment on the passenger seat.

5. Hold the charging card up to the charging station below the display of the charging station to unlock the charging station connection.

6. After successful authentication, the charging cable can be connected to the charging station. You have one minute to do this

7. Connect the charging cable to the charging station.

8. The vehicle and the charging station are now connected. The charging process starts automatically. The progress can be seen on the display of the charging station.

9. Put the charging card back in the charging card compartment in the glove compartment of the passenger seat.

1. Open the charging compartment on the charging cabinet and take out the charging cable.

2. Connect the charging cable to the scooter at the front, underneath the bench seat between the driver's legs.

3. Close the charging compartment on the charging cabinet.

1. No action required.

How do I start the charging process?

1. Take the charging card from the charging card compartment in the glove compartment of the passenger seat.

2. Hold the charging card up to the charging station below the display of the charging station to unlock the charging station connection.

3. After successful authentication, the charging cable can be connected to the charging station. The charging process starts automatically. The progress can be seen on the charging station display.

4. Place the charging card back in the charging card compartment in the glove compartment of the passenger seat.

1. Connect the charging cable to the scooter at the front, underneath the bench seat between the driver's legs. The charging process starts.

How do I stop the charging process?

1. To end the charging process, the cable is first disconnected from the vehicle's charging point.

2. To do this, press the button in the vehicle on the front left next to the steering wheel.

2. Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle. To do this, the charging cable must be pulled out of the vehicle's connector.

3. The charging station processes the disconnection of the plug from the car and a few moments later releases the charging cable for disconnection from the charging station.

4. Place the charging cable in the boot of the vehicle and start the journey.

1. Unplug the charging cable from the scooter at the front, below the bench seat between the driver's legs.

2. Place the charging cable back in the charging cabinet.

3. Close the charging compartment on the charging cabinet.

How is the charging cable locked?

1. Press the button in the vehicle at the front left next to the steering wheel.

2. Disconnect the charging cable from the vehicle. To do this, the charging cable must be pulled out of the vehicle's connector.

3. The charging station processes the decoupling of the plug on the car and a few moments later releases the charging cable for disconnection from the charging station.

4. Place the charging cable in the boot.

2. Place the charging cable back in the charging compartment of the charging cabinet.

3. Close the charging compartment on the charging cabinet.

Where are the vehicle keys inserted after the booking has ended?

The key fob (flat key fob) is inserted into the slot next to the charging card in the glove compartment.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

1. The charging stations that can be used can be viewed at ladenetz.de.

2. A map of all charging points is available at https://lademap.ladenetz.de/.

What cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

1. There is a charging card in the sharing car.

2. The charging of a sharing car can be done free of charge at all charging stations “https://lademap.ladenetz.de/” within a booking.

How is the respective card used?

Hold the card to the reader of the charging station and start the charging process.

Information on accidents and damage reports

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

1. Instructions for a Renault Zoe car:

Contact Renault Assistance on +49 (180) 6365365 and request that the vehicle be towed away. The towing service should take the vehicle to Autohaus Büschgens (Regentenstraße 28, 41352 Korschenbroich). The towing service is to be allowed to tow the vehicle without direct handover by a person on site.

Furthermore, please inform the user that a taxi can be ordered at the expense of Stadtwerke Neuss.

IMPORTANT: The user must pay in advance and then submit the invoice to [email protected].

2. Instructions for a “Hyundai Kona” car - Corporate Sharing:

Contact Hyundai Assistance on 0800 49 86 32 40 and arrange for the vehicle to be towed away.

The towing service should transport the vehicle to the nearest authorized Hyundai workshop. If necessary, the towing service should be allowed to tow the vehicle without direct handover by a person on site.

Furthermore, please inform the user that a taxi can be ordered at the expense of Stadtwerke Neuss.

IMPORTANT: The user must pay in advance and then submit the invoice to [email protected].

3. Instructions for an e-scooter:

If the user is unable to park the vehicle at the mobile station because it has to be towed away or is no longer roadworthy, the scooter is to be parked and locked at the next possible safe location, as far as possible.

Furthermore, please inform the user that a taxi can be ordered at the expense of Stadtwerke Neuss.

IMPORTANT: The user must pay in advance and the invoice must then be submitted to [email protected].

4. Instructions for an e-bike:

If the user is unable to park the vehicle at the mobile station because it has to be towed away or is no longer roadworthy, the bike must be parked at the next possible secure location and locked, if possible.

Furthermore, inform the user that a taxi can be ordered at the expense of Stadtwerke Neuss.

IMPORTANT: The user must pay in advance and the invoice must then be submitted to [email protected].

Is there more information for the user in the vehicle (e.g. how-to guide)? If so, where can the user find it?

If there are signs in the vehicle that instruct you to deviate from standard practice, these must be followed.

Are there any other special features?

1. If a user is unable to lock the bike lock using the neuss e-mobil app, the user must lock the bike lock manually on the spot. To do this, the user must lock the lock manually by pressing the button circled in red (for approx. 3 seconds).
