Which rates are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

8 locations with 8 vehicles in Passau (current status: see the apps).

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free Floating or Station-based)

Exclusively station-based.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the associated charging point, charging process started, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can this be done?

Currently, we verify each new registration in person.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Almost all of Europe (exceptions: war zones like Ukraine).

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

Additional drivers are covered through family, association, or company tariffs.


Information about the charging process

How is the charging cable connected?

At the moment, only one electric car (Renault Zoe). The charging cable is fixed to the wallbox, instructions are in the vehicle.

How is the charging process started?

Hold the charging card (located in the key holder in the glove compartment) to the wallbox (further instructions in the vehicle).

How is the charging process stopped?

Unlock the cable, unplug it, put the protective cap on, and hang the cable properly on the wallbox.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

Only at the parking space of the Renault Zoe.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

White card.

How is each card used?

To start the charging process, briefly hold the card against the charging symbol on the wallbox, then return the charging card to the key holder.


Information on accident and damage reporting

What steps should be taken in the event of an accident or breakdown?

Follow standard procedures: other party involved, police, hotline (follow instructions).
