If you have to do business trips for your Organization (e.g. company, association, institution) it is easy now to use external sharing vehicles running on the MOQO platform for this.

Book shared vehiclesfor your Organizations trips
If you are a member of an Organization using Sharing Offers on the MOQO platform, you can get invited to these Organizations and book these sharing vehicles at the expense of your Organization.
If activated for the Sharing Offer, you can combine your account additionally to book those vehicles on your costs for private usage.
The graphic below explains the setup situation for you as a driver. You can also see that you can additionally use other Sharing Offers vehicles with your account.
It is important that your account has a direct relation to your unique drivers license number. (This means that you can not add another account for MOQO platform sharings.)

How to get access / get invited
Preconditions:
You are a Member of an Organization using MOQO.
(e.g. employee of a company, member of an association, …)
Your Organization Admin needs to invite you as a Member to join the Organization.
If the Admin does so, you will receive an e-mail with an invitation link
Click on the invitation link in the e-mail to get to the registration
If you already have an account on the platform, you need to login and use that account to succeed.
If you are new to the platform you will create your account doing in the setup.
Follow the steps in the registration process
Result
If done correctly, you are now able to book vehicles on the cost of your organization
How to accept an invitation if you already have another account
Preconditions:
You got invited to an organization by its Organization Admin
But you already have an account with another e-mail address (and this account is connected to your driver’s license number)
Note
If you try to register with your new e-mail address you will receive an error message, stating that your license number is already linked to another account (with your other e-mail address)

Tap on the registration link you received from your organization via e-mail
In the registration mask Login with your existing account
(even if it is used for private purposes until now)Accept the terms of use and tap on Continue
Result
The connection to the work e-mail address is established in the background
The organization will never see private data.
Only your name and the work e-mail address is visible to the organization.
You can now use the vehicles on your organization's costs with your existing account.
How to create a booking on Organization’s costs
Preconditions:
You have set up your account inside of an Organization
Select the vehicle, the booking time period and tap on Book Now.
On the booking confirmation screen the payment method can be selected. Select the organization as payment method now and
agree on terms of use
tap on Book with costs
Result
The vehicle can be used on organization purpose and the costs will be charged towards the organization after the vehicle has been returned.
How to register a new Sharing Offer which is supported by the organization
Preconditions:
Your Organization supports multiple Sharing Offers.
You want to add another of those Offers to your account.
Open the App
Tap on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
Swipe left to see you Sharing Offers options
Tap on [My Organizations]
You will see the list of Sharing Offers of your Organization you have not yet registered forTap on the [Sharing Offer of your demand]
Follow the registration steps for this offer
Result
The new offer was added to your list of Sharing Offers
You are now able to book its vehicles on your Organizations costs
How to suggest a new Sharing Offer to my Organization
Preconditions:
You are an Organization member
Open the App
Tap on the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
Swipe left to see you Sharing Offers options
Tap on Discover more vehicles
Explore the offers on the map and tap on the [icons] to check the details
The detail screen will show if a vehicle is available for Organizations useIf available tap on Send suggestion
Choose [your organization]
Result
[Your organization] will receive your suggestion via e-mail
FAQ
Why am I not able to select my private booking method?
Depending on the configuration of the Sharing Offer it can be the case that it is only available for organization members and not for single users booking on their own costs. In this case it is not possible to select an own payment method to create the booking.
What options do I have to join an Organization?
Members can only join an organization through an invitation link sent by the organization admin.
Can I create an additional account for me to use organization offers?
This is NOT possible. As a functional account is related to the user's driver license and a user can only have one license, there is no room to create a second account.
Where can I find my invoices?
As you are driving on your organization's costs, the invoice will be handled by the Organization Admin of this organization.
However, you can still find your booking and have an overview later if you go to hamburger menu > My bookings.
Can I book vehicles for private use, too?
This depends on the settings of a Sharing Offer. Sharing Operators can allow or restrict parallel private usage within an Offer.
