Change payment method
I want to change my payment method
Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Open the menu in the top left
Step 3: Select the menu item My Profile
Step 4: To change the payment methods, please select the menu item “Payment methods”.
Step 5: You can remove a payment method by tapping “Edit” in the top right and then clicking the red “Remove” icon (iOS).
On Android, tap the three dots to the right of the payment method and select “Delete”.
Step 6: To set a payment method as the default, tap the star icon (iOS).
On Android, tap the three dots next to the desired method and select “Set as default”.
Step 7: To add a new payment method, tap the “Add payment method” button at the bottom of the screen (iOS) or the plus symbol in the bottom right (Android).
Step 8: To change your profile data, please select the menu item “Personal data”.
Step 9: You can update your personal data by tapping the row where the corresponding information is shown.
Note:
The following data can no longer be changed by the driver after the initial validation:
First & last name
Driver’s license number
Date of birth

Payment methods
Users can add as many payment methods as they like and select them individually for each booking process.
A payment method can be removed by the user if:
At least one additional active payment method is still available
The payment method is not selected for a current or future booking
The last payment transaction using this method was more than 32 days ago (or no payment has been made yet)
Changing Existing Payment Method Information
You can’t update a saved payment method directly. Instead, remove the existing payment method and add it again with the updated details.
