Cancel a booking as a driver (App)

Step 1: The driver opens the Sharing App and selects the upcoming booking they want to modify.

Step 2: The driver scrolls all the way down in the booking view and taps the button Cancel booking

Step 3: They confirm the cancellation by tapping Yes

Note: Cancellation fees may apply. These will be displayed to the driver in the prompt (Fig. 3).

Step 1: Access the web booking feature

Drivers access the booking process through their profile:

  1. Click on the username in the top-right corner.

  2. Select “Book vehicle” from the dropdown menu.

  3. The vehicle search page opens for the driver’s current sharing offer.

Step 2: Manage bookings

The “My bookings” page lets drivers view and manage all bookings.

Status filters
Filter bookings by status with badge counters:

  • Ongoing (green)

  • Not started yet (blue)

  • Completed (grey)

  • Cancelled (red)

  • Expired (orange)

Multiple filters can be active at the same time.

Booking cards
Each card shows vehicle information, booking date range with duration badge, status badge, costs, and quick actions.

The list uses infinite scrolling to load more bookings.

Clicking on a booking card opens the detailed view with full booking information.

Cancel booking
For upcoming bookings, click “Cancel” to start the two-step cancellation process: initial confirmation, then—if applicable—a fee warning with breakdown. After final confirmation, the booking status updates to “Cancelled.”

Note: Cancellation fees may apply. These are shown to the driver in the notice (Fig. 3).
