What rates are offered? Is there a rate overview?

Please refer to the app for further information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

Can the shared vehicles be returned to multiple locations or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station?

The vehicles are station-based and must always be returned to the same location. If the renter does not return the vehicle to the correct location, all costs will be charged to them (e.g. transfer costs, missing key/fuel card, parking ticket).

Where can the driving licence be validated?

Only online in the app.

In which countries are the shared vehicles insured?

The vehicles are only insured in Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?

The driver must also be the renter, so a second driver is not possible.

The PIN for the fuel card is displayed in the app as soon as the fuel card is removed from the slot. If the code is not displayed, the customer can be given the following information: The code consists of a 4-digit number combination. The numbers of the registration number + filled with 0.

Example 1: Registration number XZ 123 - PIN: 1230

Example 2: XZ 12 – PIN: 1200

Special feature no. 2:

Reimbursement of fuel costs if the fuel card was not used.

For reimbursement, we require your bank details (IBAN) and a photo of the complete fuel receipt.

Special feature no. 3:

The fee for late returns of €99.90 for 90 minutes, €49.90 for 60 minutes and €14.90 for 30 minutes, as well as the fee for failed payments of €19.90, will be automatically debited from the payment method stored in the user account.

Please actively advise the user that they should extend their booking to avoid a corresponding penalty fee.

Where are the keys?

For vehicles with the registration number GAN-TO, the keys are in the glove compartment.

For vehicles with the registration number HOL-TO, the keys are in a compartment on the passenger side of the dashboard.

How do I save the advantage card in MOQO?

· To save the advantage card (gray/black) in MOQO, it is important that you select the appropriate team (toom Baumarkt – gray advantage card/toom Baumarkt – black advantage card) depending on the advantage card you have.

Where can I find my advantage card number?

· You will find your advantage card number in the confirmation email you received when you registered for the advantage card program.

· Alternatively, you will find the advantage card number on the front of your advantage card.
