What tariffs are offered? Is there an overview of the tariffs?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

Where are the sharing vehicles located?

All our vehicles are located in BAUHAUS parking lots across Germany.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations, or do they always need to be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based)

The vehicles are station-based and must always be returned to the same location. If the renter does not return the vehicle to the correct location, all associated costs (e.g., transfer costs, missing key/fuel card, parking ticket) will be passed on to them.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles?

Vehicles must be returned to the associated charging point, the charging process started, the key chip and the charging (& parking) card must be placed in the holder in the glove compartment.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

At BAUHAUS locations, the vehicle model Opel Movano (van) is always available.

Does the driver’s license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

Driver’s licenses can be validated in the MOQO app or at a BAUHAUS branch. Validation through the app may take up to 24 hours. In urgent cases, the renter can contact us by phone at 05571 9230 60 during our business hours. Online validation must already have been initiated.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Only in Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

No, the renter must also be the driver. Otherwise, the trip is not insured.

Pay-as-you-drive or Pay-as-you-book?
Pay-as-you-book → pay for what you booked!

If the booking starts before the actual booking time or ends after the booked time, additional costs will be incurred.

Additional Information:

**Special Case 1:**
License plates beginning with a 2 (e.g., NOM-XZ 2XX) indicate the new Opel Movano model. For these vehicles, the key is not in the usual glove compartment but on the passenger side dashboard. There is a compartment that can be opened. The key and the fuel card are located there.

**Special Case 2:**
The PIN for the fuel card is displayed in the app once the fuel card is removed from the slot. If the code is not displayed, the customer can be informed as follows: The code consists of a 4-digit numeric combination made up of the license plate number filled with 0s.
Example 1: License plate XZ 123 → PIN: 1230
Example 2: License plate XZ 12 → PIN: 1200

**Special Case 3:**
Reimbursement of fuel costs if the fuel card is not used.
We require the bank details (IBAN) and a photo of the complete fuel receipt for reimbursement.

**Special Case 4:**
The late return fee of €99.90 for 90 minutes, €49.90 for 60 minutes and €14.90 for 30 minutes, as well as the fee for a failed payment of €19.90, will be automatically debited from the payment method stored in the user account.

Please actively advise the user that they should extend their booking to avoid a penalty fee.

Keys:
Keys are generally in the glove compartment of the vehicles.

Information about the Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?

The charging card must be taken from the vehicle and scanned at the wall box. Then, the charging cable can be connected from the wall box to the vehicle’s charging port to begin the process.

How is the charging process started?

The charging card must be held to the scanner on the wall box. The charging card only works at the designated BAUHAUS location wall box.

How is the charging process ended?

Unlock the charging cable using the unlock button on the car key by holding it down. Then, the cable can be unplugged and placed in its designated storage area.

Where can the charging cards be used?

The charging card only works at the wall box at the designated BAUHAUS location.

What cards are in the vehicle?

The charging card is a wall box-specific card with an NFC chip.

Do I need to refill AdBlue, and is the fuel card accepted for it?

If the AdBlue level is low, the user must refill it. The fuel card in the glove compartment can also be used for this.

Additional Notes:
Currently, our fleet consists only of diesel vehicles. This will change this year, as the first electric vehicles will be introduced. The preliminary process is described above.

Did you fill up at Bauhaus at your own expense?

Did you fill up a van at Bauhaus at your own expense?

Did you refill AdBlue in a Bauhaus van?

Of course, Fleet Spot Bauhaus will reimburse you for the money you spent on fuel costs (also applies to AdBlue).

You can submit your fuel cost reimbursement via the following web link: https://fleet-spot.de/erstattung/

Please note that you must pay the invoice amount for your booking before the sharing provider can issue the credit note for the fuel costs you have incurred.

The credit note will then be sent to your registered payment method within 10 business days.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
