Can the shared vehicles be returned to multiple locations or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station?
The vehicles are station-based and must always be returned to the same location. If the renter does not return the vehicle to the correct location, all costs will be charged to them (e.g., transfer costs, missing keys/fuel card, parking ticket).
Where can the driver's license be validated?
Please use the integrated app solution via our partner JUMIO to validate your driver's license.
In which countries are the shared vehicles insured?
The vehicles are insured for the European area, except Ukraine.
Please note the regulations that apply to other EU countries (toll and customs regulations).
Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?
The driver must also be the renter, so a second driver is not possible.
Information about charging/refueling
What cards are in the car? (Charging card, parking card, fuel card?)
Type of card: Fuel card and charging card (depending on the vehicle)
How do I use the fuel card?
Remove the fuel card from the card holder in the glove compartment and use the PIN from the app.
How is the charging cable connected?
Step 1: Press the button to the left of the steering wheel to open the charging socket. Step 2: Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
How is the charging process started?
Activate the charging process with the blue chip on the vehicle key! The vehicle charges when the charging station lights up blue.
How do I end the charging process?
To disconnect the charging cable, press the button on the left side of the steering wheel to release the charging cable lock on the vehicle.
How do I lock the charging cable?
Step 1: Press the button on the left side of the steering wheel to open the charging socket. Step 2: Connect the charging cable to the vehicle and close the vehicle.
Information on accident and damage reports
What should I do in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of a breakdown or accident, please call the following number (24/7): 05571 92 30 50.
Any damage that is not recorded in the MOQO app must be reported in the MOQO app before the start of the journey with a photo of the damage.
Further additions:
In the event of damage or a breakdown where the vehicle is no longer roadworthy, there is no replacement vehicle and no costs for replacement mobility will be reimbursed.
However, depending on availability, another vehicle from the provider's fleet may be used.
