What rates are offered? Is there an overview of the rates?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free Floating or Station-Based)

No, they must be returned to the pickup station.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the

glove compartment)

Park the vehicle at the designated parking spot, start the charging process, insert the key with the key chip into the designated compartment in the glove compartment, end the rental in the app, check for new damages, lock the vehicle via the app.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

Every 6 months in the app

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

In Europe, except in Eastern Bloc countries

Information on the Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?

Hold the "17er" charging chip to the charging station, connect the charging cable to the station and the vehicle. If this doesn't work immediately: 1. Try holding the charging chip again. 2. Try locking and unlocking the vehicle with the key once. Exception: At the Murnau Weilheimerstr. 18 location, STA-UP 35E has a charging card!
