Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

The driver's license validation can be done online at any time and on-site at the following times:

The customer should bring a valid driver's license and show it to the staff along with the validation code displayed in the app. The whole process takes just a few minutes and afterwards, the customer can immediately use the sharing offer.

The vehicles are insured exclusively in Germany

How is the charging cable connected?

Fast Charging Station MediaMarkt:
The charging cable is located at the charging station. The charging cable is plugged into the car. The charging port is located at the rear right of the vehicle. The charging port can be opened via the key or a button in the vehicle.

Deichwelle, Train Station, Food Hotel, Zeppelinhof, La Compostella, City Administration:
The charging cable is located in the trunk of the vehicle. The plug is inserted into the charging station and into the vehicle's charging port. The charging port is located on the front bumper. The charging port can be opened via the button on the key.

Wallbox Engers:
The charging cable is located at the charging station. The charging cable is plugged into the car. The charging port is located on the front bumper. The charging port can be opened via the key.

How is the charging process started?

Media Markt, Deichwelle, Train Station, Food Hotel, Zeppelinhof, La Compostella, City Administration:
With the charging card located in the glove compartment next to the car key - this must be held against the charging station after the charging cable has been connected. Afterwards, the charging card should be placed back into the holder in the glove compartment.

Wallbox Engers:
With the charging chip on the car key (it is marked!) - this must be held against the charging station after the charging cable has been connected.

How is the charging process ended?

Press the "open" button for the charging port on the car key and pull the plug.

Media Markt and Wallbox Engers:
Place the charging cable back properly at the charging station.

Deichwelle, Train Station, Food Hotel, Zeppelinhof, La Compostella, City Administration:
Store the charging cable properly in the trunk again.

How is the charging cable disconnected?

Press the "open" button for the charging port on the car key and pull the plug.

Place the charging cable back properly at the charging station.
