Information About the Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

How is the charging process started?

The vehicle is connected to the designated wall box via a charging cable installed on-site.

How is the charging process stopped?

As far as I know, the external charging process that cannot take place on-site can be stopped via the app.

How is the charging cable disconnected?

During external charging, after the process is completed on the app, the cable is disconnected by pulling it from the socket.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

It is not yet possible to charge with charging cards.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

RFID cards are planned to be implemented in the future.

How is the respective card used?

No reliable information is available yet.

Information on Accident and Damage Reporting

What should you do in case of an accident or breakdown?

Ensure that nothing has happened to you and any passengers. If something has happened: Provide first aid and call an ambulance at 112. You can reach the police at 110. Have the accident recorded by the police. Call +49 162 4279022 and describe the circumstances of the accident and the damage to the vehicle. Fill out the accident report found in the glove compartment. Take photos of the damage caused. These can help us better understand the accident later.

Are there additional instructions for users in the vehicle (e.g., How-to Guide)? If so, where can the user find them?

Information is available in the glove compartment.

Stationary car sharing, only for on-site residents. Charging usually takes place in the residential area.
