What tariffs are offered? Is there an overview of the tariffs?

Where are the sharing vehicles located?

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)
Station-based.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle at designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging & parking card in the holder in the glove compartment)
Key chip must be placed in the box in the glove compartment – minimum charge level at return: 80%.

In Hanau/PPH, there are currently 2 vehicles – 1 vehicle per station.


Driver's License Validation

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?
Yes, the driver’s license must be validated.

Insurance & Additional Drivers

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
In Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?
No, according to the terms and conditions, the renter may not hand over the vehicle to third parties.


Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?
Instructions are in the vehicle – connect the charging cable to the car and the charging station.

How is the charging process started?
There is a charging card in the vehicle, which can be used to start the charging process.

How is the charging process stopped?
The same charging card is used to stop the process.

How is the charging cable disconnected?
Once charging is complete, the cable can be disconnected. The vehicle must be unlocked via the remote control or a separate release switch.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
At almost all public charging stations.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possible PIN)
A charging card from GP JOULE or, in Wolfsburg/Kurt 2.0, a charging card from LSW, which can only be used at the vehicle’s location.

How is the respective card used?
Hold the charging card in front of the charging station when the cable is connected.


Accidents & Damage Reporting

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
An information sheet and an accident report form are available in the vehicle.

Are there any additional user guides in the vehicle (e.g., How-to Guide)? If so, where can the user find them?
If available, they can be found in the glove compartment, on the seat, or in the side storage – depending on where the previous user placed them.
