Can the shared vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or do they have to be returned to the pick-up station? (Free Floating or Station-Based)
They must always be returned to the pick-up station.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car must be at the designated charging point, charging process initiated, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)
The vehicles must be returned to the pick-up location (92318 Neumarkt).

How is the charging cable connected?
One end of the cable is plugged into the wall box, and the other end into the vehicle. If using the Golf, you may need to press the upper button on the charging port and wait a moment.
How is the charging process started?
Automatically by plugging in, except sometimes with the Golf, where you may need to press the upper button on the charging port of the vehicle.
How is the charging process ended?
Unplug the cable.
How is the charging cable disconnected?
Unplug the cable.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)
