Which tariffs are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

Where are the sharing vehicles located?

At Hansestr. 18, 21682 Stade and at Daniel-Sommer-Weg 6 in Stade. Depending on availability.

Can the Sharing vehicles be returned at several locations or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station? (Free floating or station-based)

Station-based.

The drop-off location can be varied between the two locations.

What return conditions apply to the vehicles? (e.g.: car at the associated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (&parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment).

The vehicle can only be returned when the battery capacity is at least 80%. Alternatively, you can return the vehicle as soon as a charging process has been started.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

Depending on where they are parked by our customers.

Does the driver's license have to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

The driver's license can be validated in the MOQO app or directly on site at the public utility company.

In which countries are the shared vehicles insured?

Only in Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must this driver fulfill?

No.

Information on the charging process

How is the charging cable connected?

Remove the charging cable from the trunk and connect it to the car and the charging station.

How do I start the charging process?

Follow the instructions for your selected charging, parking or fuel card.

Alternatively, you can start an ad-hoc charging process by scanning the QR code at the charging station. Then follow the instructions in the app/on the website.

How is the charging process ended?

After opening the vehicle, the charging process ends automatically.

How is the charging cable disconnected?

As soon as the car is open, you can disconnect the cable from the charging station and the car.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

Please find out about the conditions of your charging card provider.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, PIN if applicable)

We do not offer charging, fuel or parking cards.

How is the respective card used?

Follow the instructions for your selected charging, parking or fuel card.

Accident and damage report information

What should I do in the event of an accident or breakdown?

Secure the accident site using the warning triangle in the trunk.

Wear a high-visibility vest for safety. Call the emergency number (110)

In the event of a breakdown, inform the ADAC. Please report accident damage in the MOQO app.

Is there further information for the user in the vehicle (e.g. How to Guide)? If so, where can the user find it?

All other information about the vehicle can be found in the glove compartment.
