What tariffs are offered? Is there an overview of the tariffs?

At which locations are the shared vehicles available?

E-bike and e-scooter rental provided by the tourism association.

Can the shared vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free Floating or Station-Based)

They must always be returned to the pick-up station without exception (Station-Based).

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the designated charging point, charging process initiated, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

Return at the designated location. Users are asked to connect the bike or scooter to the charging station.

Each bike and scooter has a designated charging station.

Information on the Charging Process

How is the charging cable connected?

Users must connect the bike or scooter to the chargers themselves.

The charging cable must be connected manually. To do this, select the charger at the parking spot, open the cover for the connection, and plug in the connector. The user should ensure that the charger is also connected to the power outlet.

How is the charging process ended?

The charging process will automatically stop once the battery is fully charged.

Must the sit-scooter be removed from the charging station to start a booking? If so, please describe the exact procedure.

The booking unlocks the lock that secures the scooter at the starting location. A separate lock must also be unlocked and taken with you. The user is responsible for keeping the key safe.

Must the sit-scooter be locked at a charging station at the end of the booking? If so, please describe the exact procedure.

The scooter must be returned to the designated station, after which the booking should be ended and the lock secured.

Does the sit-scooter have additional equipment (e.g., helmet compartment)?

Each scooter has a separate lock attached to it.

Are there any special instructions for starting the sit-scooter?

The scooter’s assistance only kicks in after the user has pushed off once.

Are there any special instructions for switching off or parking the sit-scooter (e.g., use the main stand)?

The scooter must always be parked in the docking stations. Each scooter has a designated spot.

Are there any special instructions to consider during the booking (e.g., when making a stopover)?

During a stopover, the scooter must be locked with the provided lock.

Information on Accidents and Damage Reporting

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

In the event of an accident, the police must be called. The police number, along with all other emergency numbers, is displayed on a sticker on the scooter or bike. Photos of the accident scene should be taken, and if possible, a sketch of the accident scene and the course of the accident should be made. It is advisable to take contact details of witnesses. The tourism association must be informed about the accident. The same procedure applies in case of a breakdown. There is also an emergency number for the company Probike in Schwaz, which handles maintenance for our bikes and scooters.
