Information about accidents and damage reporting
What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
If the customer notices a technical defect that could impair road safety, the customer must immediately stop using the vehicle and report the defect to GREEN MOVES. Even minor defects such as tire, rim, or spoke damage, steering issues, lighting or transport box damage, or gear shift defects must be reported. In the event of an accident involving third-party property or other people, the customer is obliged to immediately notify both the police and GREEN MOVES. Otherwise, the customer is liable for damages resulting from the failure to report. The same applies if a vehicle is stolen or vandalized during the rental period. The customer must document damages and accidents with photos and submit them via this app.
Are there additional user guides in the vehicle (e.g., How-to guide)? If yes, where can the user find them?
Sticker on the back of the transport box, next to the handlebar column.
