Information about the Charging Process
How is the charging cable connected?
The charging cable, which can be pulled out from the charging station, is plugged into the upper battery.
How is the charging process ended?
Pull out the charging cable; it will automatically retract into the charging station when you pull on the cable.
The chain lock is often forgotten; it must be inserted into the lock itself BEFORE closing the frame lock. Left side of the cargo bike, lower front end of the lock.
Information on Accident and Damage Reporting
What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
Call the technical hotline, possibly contact the police first.
Are there additional instructions for the user in the vehicle (e.g., How-to Guide)? If so, where can the user find them?
