Information about accidents and damage reporting

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

If a technical defect that could impair traffic safety is present at the start of use or becomes apparent during use, the customer must immediately report it and stop using the bike. Even minor defects such as damage to tires, rims, or spokes, steering issues, lighting or transport box damage, or gear defects must be reported. In the event of an accident involving third-party property or other persons, the customer is obliged to immediately notify both the police and GREEN MOVES. Failure to do so makes the customer liable for any damage resulting from the breach of this obligation. The same applies if a wupsi cargo bike is stolen or maliciously damaged (vandalism) during the rental period. Customers must document damages and accidents with photos.

Are there additional user guides in the vehicle (e.g., How-to guide)? If yes, where can the user find them?

  • Sticker on the back of the transport box.
