For some sharing services (Teams or Organizations), providers charge a monthly or annual basic fee.
This fee, similar to a subscription, is charged for membership in a sharing service.
2. Where can I find information about the basic fee?
You can find the information in your user account. Go to your user account and select the "Subscription" section. There you will find the payment note, including the amount of the basic fee. You can also find the information on the invoice.
3. Can the basic fee be refunded?
Please note that the basic fee is charged for membership in the sharing service (Team). Therefore, there is no entitlement to a refund.
If you do not wish to use the sharing service, please contact customer service or the chatbot to avoid further basic fees.
