1. Setup/activation of a PIN as a driver.
ATTENTION: Drivers can only use this feature with an app.
The combination with RFID cards to open vehicles is not possible. Therefore, the setup is also only possible via smartphone.
As a driver, you will receive a notification in the Notification Center in the app.
You can then assign a four-digit PIN.
Depending on your smartphone, the app will ask you whether Face ID or a fingerprint should also be used for unlocking.
The setup is now complete
2. Process at booking start
As a driver, you can book vehicles in the usual way.
If authentication is required, you will see a notice (Authentication required) with the Call to Action: Start.
Please click Start and use your pin, fingerprint or Face ID.
Afterwards you start your booking.
3. What if a driver forgets the PIN?
If a driver forgets his individually assigned PIN, the system offers the possibility to reassign this PIN.
ATTENTION: Only the driver himself can start and perform this process.
If a driver can no longer use his PIN, for example because a smartphone change has been made, the platform recognizes this and also asks the user to go through the PIN forgotten process.
