Information on pay-as-you-book/pay-as-you-drive can be viewed via the app

At which locations are the sharing vehicles?

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station? (Free-floating or station-based)

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g. car at associated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the

glove compartment)

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

The vehicles are displayed in the APP at the respective locations.

Does the driver's license have to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

Online or at our customer center.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions does he or she have to meet?

No, only the corresponding user.

Information about the charging process

How is the charging cable connected?

The charging cable provided is connected to the Type 2 socket on the vehicle.

How is the charging process started?

The charging process is started with the RFID card in the glove compartment.

How is the charging process ended?

The charging process is ended by unlocking the vehicle.

How is the charging cable disconnected?

The charging cable is removed from the type 2 socket on the vehicle.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

The charging card can be used at all charging stations listed in the charging network. Charging stations can be seen via the APP charging network.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

There is 1 charging card in the vehicle, the charging card is used for charging.

How is the respective card used?

The charging card is used to start authentication at the charging point.

Information on accident and damage report

What is the procedure in the event of an accident or breakdown?

Hotline contacts our insurance company BGV, which instructs a towing company.

Is there a contact person who can be contacted directly by customer service?

If so, what are the contact details and at what times can this person be contacted?
