If you need to update your driver's license number (for example, after renewing your license), you can do this directly from your user profile.
Steps to Change Your Driver's License Number
Navigate to your User profile in the main menu.
Click the Edit button in the top right corner of your profile.
Next to your current driver's license number, click Change driver's license number.
A confirmation checkbox will appear. Read the notice carefully and check the box to confirm that you understand:
The previous driver's license number will be invalidated
The old license number can never be used again
A new validation must be completed before you can create or start any booking
Enter your new driver's license number.
Click Save to confirm your changes.
Important Information
Please note: After changing your driver's license number, your account will require a new driver's license validation. Until this validation is completed, you will not be able to create new bookings or start existing ones.
Make sure you have your new driver's license ready for the validation process before making this change.
