What rates are offered? Is there an overview of the rates?

Where are the sharing vehicles located?

  • Bad Reichenhall

  • Chiemsee and Achental region

  • Mühldorf region

  • Vilsbiburg

  • Fürstenried West

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at different locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)

No, they must be returned to the pickup station.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., return at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment?)

  • The vehicle must be returned to the designated charging point.

  • The key chip and charging card must be placed in the holder in the glove compartment.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • Renault Zoe, Captur, and Megane E-Tech

  • BMW i3

  • MG 5

  • VW ID.3 and T6

  • Nissan e-NV200

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

Yes, it can be validated by upload or in person.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

In all countries covered by the Green Card insurance.

Is a second driver insured? If so, what requirements must they meet?

No, a second driver is not allowed.


Charging Process Information – Bike

How is the charging cable connected?

  1. Park the bike.

  2. Plug in the charging cable.

How is the charging process stopped?

  1. Reattach the bike lock.

  2. Close the locker.

  3. End the booking in the app.

Note: If the app displays "Lock blocked", move the rear wheel slightly so that the spoke does not obstruct the frame lock.


Charging Process Information – Car

How is the charging cable connected?

  1. Press the button to the left of the steering wheel to open the charging port.

  2. Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.

How is the charging process started?

Activate charging using the blue chip on the vehicle key.
The vehicle is charging when the charging station lights up blue.

How is the charging process stopped?

To disconnect the charging cable, press the button to the left of the steering wheel to unlock the cable from the vehicle.

How is the charging cable secured?

  1. Press the button to the left of the steering wheel to open the charging port.

  2. Connect the charging cable to the vehicle and lock the car.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

At all EnBW charging stations.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, provider, possibly PIN)

  • ARAL cardPIN: 2854

  • EnBW cardNo PIN required

  • Shell cardPIN: 4513

How is each card used?

  • ARAL and Shell – Used for refueling.

  • EnBW – Used for activating charging stations.


Accident and Damage Reporting Information

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

  • The insurance card from BGV is located in the glove compartment – call the number provided.

  • If necessary, call the police.

Are there additional user guides in the vehicle? If so, where can they be found?

A user manual is available in the vehicle.
