No, a second driver is not allowed.
Charging Process Information – Bike
How is the charging cable connected?
Park the bike.
Plug in the charging cable.
How is the charging process stopped?
Reattach the bike lock.
Close the locker.
End the booking in the app.
⚠ Note: If the app displays "Lock blocked", move the rear wheel slightly so that the spoke does not obstruct the frame lock.
Charging Process Information – Car
How is the charging cable connected?
Press the button to the left of the steering wheel to open the charging port.
Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
How is the charging process started?
Activate charging using the blue chip on the vehicle key.
The vehicle is charging when the charging station lights up blue.
How is the charging process stopped?
To disconnect the charging cable, press the button to the left of the steering wheel to unlock the cable from the vehicle.
How is the charging cable secured?
Press the button to the left of the steering wheel to open the charging port.
Connect the charging cable to the vehicle and lock the car.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
At all EnBW charging stations.
Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, provider, possibly PIN)
ARAL card – PIN: 2854
EnBW card – No PIN required
Shell card – PIN: 4513
How is each card used?
ARAL and Shell – Used for refueling.
EnBW – Used for activating charging stations.

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
The insurance card from BGV is located in the glove compartment – call the number provided.
If necessary, call the police.
