How to Connect the Charging Cable?

Renault Zoe: Before connecting or disconnecting the charging cable, press the "BUTTON with the charging cable" located in the cockpit next to the steering wheel (bottom left). This activates the opening of the charging socket. Afterward, you can remove or connect the charging cable.

Automobile brands HYUNDAI, VW: By opening the vehicle (using the app or access card), the charging socket is also unlocked, allowing the cable to be connected or disconnected.

For all car brands: The charging cable must always be carried in the car and must not be left plugged into the charging station.

How to Start the Charging Process?

At TIWAG Charging Stations: Plug the charging cable into the vehicle and the charging station - remove the TIWAG charging card from the sun visor and hold it against the RFID symbol on the charging station. The charging process will then be verified. After the charge is approved, return the TIWAG charging card to the sun visor and end the booking or lock the vehicle.

At Tristach location (LZ-719RF): Plug in the charging cable - then activate the charge at the charging station (center) using the "blue" CHARGING CHIP (located in the vehicle's center console). Wait until the charge is activated, then return the chip to the car and end the booking.

At Autohaus Plössnig location (LZ-312CK): Plug in the charging cable - the charge starts automatically.

How to End the Charging Process?

Opening the vehicle interrupts the charging. Afterward, the charging cable can be removed from the vehicle and the charging station.

Which stations can the charging cards be used at?

At all TIWAG charging stations and many roaming partners. The TIWAG app may be helpful here.

Outside of the states of Tyrol & Carinthia, the charging cards cannot be used. Charging must be paid for independently in these locations.

Which cards are in the car? (Charging, Parking, Fuel card?)

TIWAG Charging Card - no PIN required.

How to use the Charging, Parking, Fuel card?

Hold the card against the RFID symbol on the charging station and wait for the charging to start. Of course, the cable must be connected to the vehicle and the charging station beforehand.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations or must they always be returned to the pickup station? No. The vehicle must always be returned to the location from which it was borrowed.

Which vehicles are available at which locations? VW eGolf: Kals am Großglockner Hyundai IONIQ: Sillian VW ID3: Tristach Renault Zoe: Lienz & other locations in Osttirol

Where can the driver's license be validated? The driver's license must be validated every six months. This can be done either through JUMIO directly in the MOQO app under 'My Profile - License Validation'. If this doesn't work, you can send a photo of the driver's license with the current date (on a newspaper, calendar, etc.) to our office at [email protected]. However, this validation is processed only during office hours.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured? Internationally - Europe

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet? Only if the second driver is also registered in our MOQO system.

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown? ALL vehicles are covered by VW's mobility guarantee. In any case, roadside assistance T. 01 866 66 (+43 1 866 66) must be called, providing the respective license plate number. Otherwise, there can be no guarantee of towing costs or roadside assistance. All invoices for incurred costs paid on-site must be kept and submitted to us. After roadside assistance, the damage must additionally be reported in the app so that the vehicle can be blocked via the service line or the app.

Where are additional user information located in or on the vehicle? In the glove compartment

Further information Is there a key? None of our vehicles except for the VW eGolf (LZ-380CK) are operated with a key. There is no key inside the vehicle or it should not be used for any purpose. Opening the app/booking also authorizes the START button in the vehicle. Immobilizer / start button doesn't work: In some cases, an immobilizer may activate. To deactivate it, it is advisable to lock and unlock the vehicle again via the app or access card. These functions can be found in the app under "Stopover". This usually resolves the immobilizer issue and allows the vehicle to be started again.
