How to Connect the Charging Cable?
Zoe: Press the button with the plug symbol located to the left of the steering wheel to unlock the charging port. Open both the outer and inner charging port flaps at the front of the car and connect the charging cable to the car and the charging station.
MG: Open the charging port by pressing firmly and then connect the charging cable.
Golf: Open the charging port by pressing firmly and press the button with the plug symbol to unlock the charging socket. Connect the charging cable.
How to Start the Charging Process?
Zoe: Hold the blue chip on the car key up to the designated sensor at the charging station to start the charging process. A green signal will light up, usually accompanied by a low humming noise when the process is successfully started.
MG: Hold the blue chip, located in the center console of the vehicle, to the designated sensor at the charging station to start the charging process. Return the chip to its place afterward.
Golf: Hold the Mennekes chip on the car key to the designated sensor at the charging station to start the charging process.
