Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.
Where are the sharing vehicles located?
The vehicles are available in Ravensburg, Weingarten, and Wilhelmsdorf.
Can the vehicles be returned to different locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)
The service is station-based, meaning vehicles must be returned to their designated stations.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles?
Vehicles must be parked in their designated spots.
If the designated parking spot is occupied, park as close as possible to the station.
Place the key chip and fuel/charging card in the holder.
Note: Some vehicles do not have a physical key and are controlled exclusively via the app.

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?
Yes, the driver's license must be validated by the club. A copy must be sent via email.
In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
The vehicles are insured throughout the EU.
Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must be met?
Only club members can allow household members to use their access card for the vehicles.
The second driver must be at least 18 years old.
The person must have a valid driver’s license.
Charging Process
How is the charging cable connected?
The charging cable (stored in the trunk when on the go or fixed at the station) must be connected to both the vehicle’s charging port and the charging station.
Accident & Damage Reporting
What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?
Contact the club immediately at +49 176 57873740.
If necessary and no response is received, contact a local roadside assistance or towing service to secure the vehicle.
Inform the club as soon as possible.
