At which locations are the sharing vehicles available?
Currently only on company premises (internal carsharing pool vehicles).

Internal pool vehicles on company premises.

Information about the charging process
How is the charging cable connected?
Remove the cable from the trunk, plug it into the car and the charging station.
How is the charging process started?
Plug in and hold the charging card against the station.
How is the charging process stopped?
Hold the charging card at the charging station (RFID symbol).
How is the charging cable secured?
Hold the charging card at the station or unlock the car and unplug the cable.
At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?
All stations within the Ladenetz.de network (external and internal).
What cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)
Enwag charging card (Ladenetz.de).
How is the respective card used?
Hold the card at the charging station and start the charging process as usual.
Information about accidents and damage reporting
What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
The user is required to immediately inform Enwag and the police in the event of an accident, theft, or destruction of the vehicle, as well as other damage or loss cases. This applies even in the case of minor damage or accidents without third-party involvement.
In the case of theft, vandalism, or unknown damage, the user must file a police report immediately after notifying Enwag.
The user must ensure all necessary and reasonable measures are taken to mitigate damage and secure evidence.
The user must not leave the accident site before the police complete their investigation, unless personal or third-party injuries require immediate departure.
The user must not admit liability, make payments, or take any actions that could prejudice Enwag's ability to address claims unless previously approved by Enwag.
The user must document the incident to the best of their ability, including:
Creating a sketch of the accident.
Recording the names, addresses, and license plate numbers of all involved parties and witnesses.
Photographing the damage where possible.
The documentation must be provided to Enwag promptly, along with the police case number if applicable.
The user must contact Enwag before initiating towing, repairs, or similar actions unless emergency circumstances make immediate action necessary.
Enwag reserves the right to choose the repair workshop and may charge the user a processing fee for accidents caused by user fault, as per the price list.
