Information about the charging process

How is the charging cable connected?

Connect the charging cable to the upper socket of the car, then to the charging station.

How is the charging process started?

Hold the charging card to the charging station until it is accepted.

How is the charging process ended?

Automatically at our station. For external charging, please note the blocking fee.

How is the charging cable secured?

From the car within 15 seconds after opening the vehicle and then from the charging station.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

All stations with GP Joule cards.

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Card type, card provider, possibly PIN)

Dörpsplatz for our charging station and open for all others.

Information about accident and damage reports

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?

Exchange personal data. If necessary, inform the police. Notify Henning Sachau. Resolve car issues with Hyundai.
