Tariffs and Pricing

What tariffs are offered? Is there an overview of the tariffs?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

Vehicle Locations

Where are the sharing vehicles located?

  • Tornesch, Brunsbüttel, Glückstadt, Itzehoe

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to different locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based system?)

  • Station-based

Vehicle Return Conditions

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)?

  • The vehicle must be connected to the correct charging point.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • Glückstadt: IZ-SW 46E

Driver’s License Validation

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

  • Manual validation

Insurance Coverage

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

  • Germany

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

  • No


Charging Process

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

  • At all locations where they are authorized

Which cards are in the vehicle? (Type of card, provider, possible PIN code)

  • 1 charging card, no PIN required

Accident and Damage Reporting

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?

  • For major accidents: Call the roadside assistance service (contact details are in the vehicle’s onboard manual).

  • For minor damages: Report them via the app.

  • All damages must be reported!

Are there additional instructions available for users inside the vehicle (e.g., a "How to Guide")? If so, where can they be found?
