Tariffs and Pricing

What tariffs are offered? Is there an overview of the tariffs?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

Vehicle Locations

Where are the sharing vehicles located?

  • Kuchenschlag 5, Schlüchtern, on the premises of Kroni.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to different locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based system?)

  • Must always be returned to the pickup station.

Vehicle Return Conditions

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)?

  • At least 95% fueled and key placed in the glove compartment.

Vehicle Availability

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • All vehicles are only available at Kuchenschlag 5, Schlüchtern.

Driver’s License Validation

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

  • Automatic validation during registration.

Insurance Coverage

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

  • Germany

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

  • No, a second driver is not insured. However, they can contact support via email or phone, and after submitting their ID and driver's license, they can be approved.

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
