Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)
Station-based.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle at designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging & parking card in the holder in the glove compartment)
The vehicle must be returned to the designated charging point, and the charging process must be started.

Charging Process – Bike
How is the charging cable connected?
After returning the cargo bike, the battery must be connected to the provided power adapter (brand: Shimano). To do this, remove the battery from the bike and plug it into the charging cable.
How is the charging process ended?
Disconnect the power adapter from the battery and place the battery back into the bike.
Charging Process – Car
How is the charging cable connected?
Activate the charging station using the charging card (located in the glove compartment) by holding it in front of the station’s display.
Take the charging cable from the trunk and connect it to both the charging station and the car (front center, under the Renault logo).
To open the charging port, press the button with a plug symbol located to the left of the steering wheel.
A green light will confirm that charging has started.
Return the charging card to the glove compartment, lock the car, and you're done.
How is the charging process started?
Same as the connection process above.
How is the charging process ended?
Hold the charging card in front of the charging station display to stop the process.
Disconnect the charging cable from both the station and the car.
How is the charging cable disconnected?
Same process as stopping the charging.
