Where are the sharing vehicles located?
Bahnhofsplatz 3, 82418 Murnau, directly next to the train station at the mobility hub.
Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)
Return must be at the pickup station.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles?
(e.g., car at the associated charging station, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)
Park the vehicle in its assigned spot (e.g., E22), plug in the charging cable, and lock it using the app.
Which vehicles are available at which locations?
City e-bike with low entry frame and 8-speed gear system, with or without coaster brake.
Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?
No.
In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
Germany.
Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?
Yes, minimum age is 16 years.
Charging Information – Bike
How is the bike connected for charging?

The charging socket is located at the top of the main frame tube, to the left of the bike sticker (e.g., E22). Flip open the black protective cap and insert the corresponding charging cable (e.g., labeled E22) into the socket. The groove in the plug should face the rider, and the white markings on the plug and socket show the correct orientation.
How is the charging process ended?

The charging socket is located at the top of the main frame tube. Unplug the charging connector from the bike and close the protective cap.
Can the bikes be returned and charged at multiple stations? If yes, at which ones?
No.
