Which tariffs are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

At which locations are the sharing vehicles available?

In the towns of Dorum, Midlum, Nordholz, Wremen, Misselwarden, Mulsum, and Paddingbüddel.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)

The vehicles must be returned to the pickup station.

What are the return conditions for the vehicles?

(e.g., car at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

The cargo bike must be reconnected to the charging station so that the charging process starts.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • Dorum = Riese & Müller Load

  • Midlum = Riese & Müller Load

  • Nordholz = i:SY CARGO

  • Wremen = i:SY CARGO

  • Misselwarden = Riese & Müller Load

  • Mulsum = Riese & Müller Load

  • Paddingbüddel = i:SY CARGO

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?

Currently, no driver's license validation is required.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Germany.

Is a second driver insured? If so, what requirements must they meet?

Only the primary driver is insured.


Information on the Charging Process

How is the bike connected for charging?

The charging cable is available at every pickup station. The plug must be inserted into the e-bike’s charging socket.

How is the charging process stopped?

The charging process is stopped by unplugging the charging cable from the vehicle.

Can the bikes be returned and charged at multiple stations? If so, at which ones?

No.

How is the charging cable connected?

The e-bike has a charging socket located near the motor, where the pedals are attached. When sitting on the bike, it is on the right-hand side and covered with a rubber cap.

How is the charging process started?

Simply insert the plug into the charging socket in the correct orientation. The charging process will be displayed on the screen.

How is the charging process stopped?

Simply unplug the charger and place it back on the box. The charging process will end automatically.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

No charging cards are required.

Which cards are available in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)

None.


Information on Accidents and Damage Reporting

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?

In the event of an accident, the rental provider must be informed immediately at Tel: 0151-59436095.
For breakdowns, the same number can be used.

Are there any additional user guides available in the vehicle? If so, where can the user find them?

No.
